As the year turns, we gather to step into 2026 with clarity, vitality and deep connection. This retreat is an invitation to celebrate within — to release the old, welcome the new, and open body, heart and spirit to fresh possibilities.

Each day we will awaken our life force through kundalini activations and ground ourselves with meditation, creating space for both energy and rest to flow naturally. Sacred medicines will guide us deeper into awareness, offering gentle wisdom and healing. In the shared field of conscious connection, you will be invited to meet yourself and others in authenticity, presence and openness, held in a tantric atmosphere where the body’s aliveness and the heart’s depth can be felt.

Nourishment will come not only from the practices but also from the table — beautiful organic celebration menue prepared with love. We hold a clear, non-alcoholic space so that the energy remains pure, the heart open and the mind sharp. Between sessions, the sauna and outdoor bath offer a chance to cleanse, restore and simply enjoy being alive.

This New Year retreat is for you if you wish to begin 2026 rooted in your body, expanded in your heart and aligned with your spirit — supported by community, nature and the sacred turning of the year.

Denne weekend  bliver en lækker sammensmeltning af krop, bevidsthed og energi🔥

Vi skal praktisere mindfull bevægelse, tantriske nærværsøvelser, bevidst åndedræt, meditation, danse og hellige os kundalini energien og lade denne “divine Energy” pulsere og strømme gennem kroppen via aktivering.

Efter en energetisk åbning af kroppen introducerer vi “The God Molecule” som er en energetisk session, til at virkeliggøre og vække til højere bevidsthed.

Saunagus og koldtvandskar.

Som altid laver Siigurd højt vibrerende glutenfrit og økologisk mad, som vil være nøje tilrettelagt efter hvad vi arbejder med de forskellige dage.

One year ago, I co-facilitated a tantric retreat in Amsterdam. On one of the days, we divided men and women into separate groups. In the women’s group, a truly unique and deep space of love, vulnerability, and connection emerged. Afterwards, one of the women (the one in the picture) came up to me with a big hug, deeply grateful for the experience. She has now reached out again – asking when I will host a tantric women’s retreat. And the funny thing is… I’ve been holding that exact same vision in my heart ✨🌟✨

So now, I am opening the energy for a Tantric Women’s Retreat, from Thursday to Sunday in Febuary – a heart-opening and transformative space, where we will dive into: Sensuality & se.xuality, Kundalini activations, and Tantric practices that bring you closer to yourself. We will work with Body love & self-acceptance, and look at the heavy emotion SHAME, which is killer nr 1 to fully enjoy pleasure. Many women (and men for that matter) carry a deep sense of being wrong, inadequate or unworthy – which often blocks the full expression of their sensuality and sexuality.

My intention is to create a loving and safe sisterhood, where through rituals, ceremonies, and nourishing practices we open the doors to deeper layers of ourselves. One of the days will also include a medicine ceremony as part of the journey.

We will stay in the beautiful space of “Seeds of Life” in Dronningemølle. The owner -Siigurd (as the only man) - will cook delicious ecological meals for us🙏🏻
